Jay Carrier, who relocated to Boca Raton in 1979 from his Massachusetts roots, embarked on his career journey at the grand opening of the Boca Hotel and Club, where he honed his skills in hotel and restaurant management.
 
Following five successful years, he was recruited to join the esteemed Florida Palm Air Corporation. His role there involved managing their 5-star Country Clubs in Boca Raton, a position he held for another five years.
 
In 1988, Jay made a pivotal transition, entering the real estate arena. He quickly ascended the ranks, establishing himself as a top real estate agent in Boca Raton. Thanks to the friends he made along the way, he became the go-to agent for listing and selling 95% of Country Club homes over the next 16 years. During his first four years, he decided to venture into real estate ownership, opening his own brokerage in 1993, named Addison Mizner Realty. This establishment swiftly earned a reputation as one of the premier real estate offices in Boca Raton, a success story that continued for the next 15 years.
 
From that point to his current position at "Luxury Listings Realty," Jay's career has seen him accumulate over $700 million in sales. He's been intimately involved in various luxury communities, playing roles in their development, sales, and renovation projects.
 
Through this rich and diverse career, Jay has encountered and navigated an extensive array of real estate scenarios. These experiences have honed his negotiation skills to a masterful level, ensuring that the best interests of both buyers and sellers are expertly represented.
